Frequently asked questions

What happens to my photo?

It’s used exclusively for your poster: no AI training, no sharing. The original is deleted no later than 30 days after delivery. Details

Can I see what my poster looks like before I buy?

For data posters (1:1, name, star map), yes — the live preview is the print file. Photo posters are created individually from your photo after your order; a real person checks the result before it’s printed.

How close will the illustration be?

Every photo artwork is checked by a real person for likeness and quality before printing. If the likeness isn’t right, we’ll recreate it free of charge — or give you your money back.

How long does delivery take?

4–5 working days after payment is received (AT +1). Every order is printed and checked individually.

Can I exchange it?

Personalised items are excluded from cancellation — but if there’s transport damage or a printing error, we’ll reprint it free of charge. Details
